Heating Installation Surveyor
Location: Bedworth Area
Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00/5:00pm
Type: Full-time, Permanent
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Heating Installation Surveyor to carry out pre-installation surveys for domestic heating systems.
You'll complete 3-4 surveys per day, assessing properties, taking measurements, identifying installation requirements, and producing detailed reports for the installation team.
Ideal for an experienced Gas Engineer who is looking to get off the tools full-time and move into a surveying role, or combine heating installation surveys with boiler maintenance work.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Heating Installation Surveyor is essential
* Strong knowledge of domestic heating systems
* Confident producing accurate and detailed survey reports
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule
* Full UK driving licence
Gas qualifications are not essential, but candidates who hold them may be considered for the higher end of the salary range.
