Gas Service Engineer

Location: Sandwell
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 DOE
No Call-Outs
Van + Fuel Card | Optional Overtime

We are currently looking for an experienced Gas Service Engineer to work on a Social Housing contract for Sandwell Council.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified Gas Engineer looking for a stable, local role with no call-out work.

The contract covers a small 10-mile radius, keeping travel between jobs to a minimum.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out domestic gas servicing and maintenance

*

Complete full strip and clean boiler services

*

Fit CO2 and fire alarms

*

Identify and report any faults or issues

*

Complete paperwork and obtain customer signatures

*

Work independently while maintaining a high standard of work

Requirements

*

Valid ACS Gas qualifications

*

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role

*

Previous Social Housing experience

*

Clean DBS

*

Full UK clean manual driving licence

Package

£36,000 - £40,000 DOE

Company van + fuel card

*

Monday - Friday working

*

No call-outs

*

Optional overtime available

Localised working area
