PAYE SERVICE & BREAKDOWN GAS ENGINEER
Location: Richmond & Kingston
Salary: £40,000 guaranteed basic + uncapped SORs

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service & Breakdown Gas Engineer to join a growing team covering Richmond and Kingston. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers looking to maximise their earnings while benefiting from a guaranteed basic salary, uncapped bonus potential, and genuine career progression.
Engineers work on a Schedule of Rates (SOR), offering uncapped earning potential, with realistic on-target earnings of £60,000 - £70,000.
THE ROLE
You'll be responsible for servicing, diagnosing faults, and repairing domestic gas appliances and heating systems across residential properties. You'll be supported by an experienced planning team to ensure your workload is efficiently scheduled, reducing unnecessary travel and allowing you to focus on delivering a high-quality service.

REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience as a Domestic Service & Breakdown Gas Engineer
* Previous Social Housing experience
* Current ACS qualifications (CKR1 & HTR1 required)
* Full UK driving licence (clean preferably)
