Gardener
Oxfordshire | Full-Time | £33,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Gardener who takes pride in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces? We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team, responsible for the upkeep and enhancement of gardens and landscaped areas across a variety of sites.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for horticulture and grounds maintenance who enjoys working outdoors throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
General garden maintenance, including mowing, strimming, edging, and hedge cutting.
Planting, pruning, weeding, and seasonal garden care.
Maintaining flower beds, borders, shrubs, and trees.
Lawn care including feeding, aeration, and turf maintenance.
Operating and maintaining gardening tools and machinery safely.
Identifying and reporting plant health issues.
Keeping outdoor areas tidy, safe, and visually appealing.
Assisting with landscaping and garden improvement projects.
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in gardening, grounds maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture.
Good knowledge of plants, shrubs, and seasonal garden maintenance.
Experience using gardening tools and machinery.
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
