We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Garage Manager in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to lead a busy Autocentre within a well-established national network. The Garage Manager position offers a rewarding environment where leadership, customer service, and operational efficiency are highly valued.

Competitive salary of £40,000 plus potential bonuses of up to £10,000 per annum, with higher earning opportunities for proactive Garage Managers
48-hour working week, Monday to Saturday, with flexible working patterns

Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed branch targets

Foster positive relationships with customers to promote repeat business
Coordinate staff activities and provide support to ensure operational excellence
Monitor branch performance and implement improvement strategiesRequirements for the role:
Proven experience as a Garage Manager, Autocentre Manager, or similar leadership role within an automotive or fast-fit environment
Strong team leadership and effective communication skills
Customer-focused with excellent service delivery skills
Knowledge of automotive repair processes and workshop management
Ability to drive sales, improve operational performance, and lead by example
