Description:
Deploy is currently looking for gangers to lead a team of 4 for a deep drainage project located at Exeter, duties within this role will include excavations, installing pipework, working with drainage systems & ballast work, ideally we're looking for a team that has experience working together.
Responsibilities:
* coordinate the activities on site
* Report any issues or incidents to management promptly and accurately.
Qualifications:
* Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
* Valid PTS Sentinel card required
Location: Exeter (Must be local)
Contract - 3 months + starting end of August
Shift Pattern - 07:00am - 17:00pm (Mon-Fri)
