We have the capability to deliver major surfacing and public realm infrastructure projects. Our specialist in-house traffic management division provides expert advice and support across the industry, whilst assisting with our own, in-house contracts.

We have a great opportunity for a Ganger to work on our Highways Term Maintenance contract based in West Berkshire. You will be responsible for looking after team of operatives whilst ensuring all scheduled works are carried out.

About you

Good all round knowledge of Highways activities.
Excellent time keeping and attendance.
Good communication skills.
Physically fit as heavy lifting will be involved.
Able to demonstrate good leadership qualities.
Must be available to work Saturday if project requires it.
Experience of working for a large contractor.
Concrete Works experience
Drainage experience.
