As an aspiring educator, you'll join a reputable primary school as a Future Teacher, embarking on a journey to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in teaching.
Responsibilities:
Shadow experienced teachers in classrooms, observing teaching methods and classroom management techniques.
Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery under the guidance of mentor teachers.
Support pupils in their learning journey, providing one-to-one assistance and small group activities.
Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and pedagogical knowledge.Qualifications and Skills:
At least 6 months UK experience in Education
Enthusiasm for pursuing a career in teaching and a genuine passion for working with young people.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and mentors.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn and develop teaching skills under the guidance of experienced educators.
