Description:

About Us

We're one of London's leading Design & Build companies, delivering high-quality workplace environments for occupiers, landlords and developers across the capital. With an annual turnover of over £150 million, we have built a reputation for delivering exceptional projects through great design, strong relationships and outstanding project delivery.

As our furniture offering continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Furniture Project Manager to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering furniture packages for a wide range of commercial office fit-out projects, working alongside talented colleagues in design, pre-construction and project delivery.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing furniture packages from initial design sign-off through to installation and final handover. Working across multiple projects, you'll coordinate suppliers, manage programmes and budgets, and ensure every installation is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.

This is a client-facing role, so you'll need to be confident building relationships, solving problems and keeping projects moving. No two days are the same, and you'll thrive if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail really matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage furniture packages through every stage of the project lifecycle.

Coordinate with the Design, Commercial, Procurement and Project Delivery teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Produce and manage furniture programmes, procurement schedules and installation plans.

Build and maintain strong relationships with furniture manufacturers, suppliers and installation teams.

Manage procurement activities, purchase orders and supplier performance.

Monitor budgets, variations and project costs to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.

Coordinate deliveries, warehousing and installation logistics.

Attend client meetings and act as the main point of contact for all furniture-related matters.

Carry out site visits to monitor installation quality and progress.

Resolve issues quickly and proactively to minimise programme delays.

Ensure installations are completed safely and in line with project and site requirements.

Manage snagging and oversee a smooth project handover.

Build long-term relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
