Description:

Furniture Maker/Cabinet Maker/Bench Joiner required to work on high end furniture projects.
• To work within the shopfloor supervisory and management framework and participate in the manufacture and assembly of bespoke furniture.
• To adhere to existing working practices, methods and procedures.
• To work within your capabilities at all times - do not perform tasks or operate machinery for which you are not trained and deemed competent.
• To work unsupervised or under instruction from supervision.
• To be actively involved in the development of this role to encompass further responsibilities in the future, through personal development and further training as and when required.
The position requires someone who has strong Joinery skills and can consistently demonstrate high quality of workmanship. The position requires physical fitness, commitment, someone who is conscientious, has good communication skills, must be organised, can think on their feet and deal with themselves in a professional and confidential manner
