Description:
Inclusive consulting are delighted to be working with a Rotherham based charity on their search for a dynamic and dedicated Fundraiser to join their successful income generation and fundraising team.
This is a newly created role and the main purpose of this position will be to support the existing fundraising team by focussing on increasing the number of regular donations from supporters of the charity.
The fundraiser will play a key role in implementing fundraising strategies, engaging with donors, and building relationships to secure ongoing financial support for the charity's vital services.
Key responsibilities;

Develop and implement targeted regular giving campaigns and initiatives to acquire new regular donors and retain existing supporters.

Coordinate direct mail, digital marketing, and other fundraising activities to promote regular giving opportunities and maximise donor acquisition.

Cultivate relationships with individual donors, providing personalised communication to foster long-term engagement
*
Implement effective donor stewardship strategies, including thank-you letters, impact reports, and donor events, to demonstrate the impact of donors' contributions and strengthen their connection to the hospice.
*
Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records and data in the fundraising database, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
*
Generate regular reports and analysis to monitor donor acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

Collaborate with colleagues across departments, including Marketing, Communications, and Finance, to ensure integrated and cohesive fundraising strategies and messaging
Key requirements
*
Experience in fundraising is ideal however 2 years of b2c sales experience with a keen interest in for a working for a charity is essential
*

On offer is a competitive salary of £24,000 – £28,000 and great benefits
