Functional Skills Teacher
Are you passionate about helping students to fulfil their potential? Do you have experience of teaching GCSE Maths or English to students? We are working with a Birkenhead based college who are looking for a Maths or English teacher to teach GCSE Level Maths to adults within a further education setting.
What’s involved?
You will be teaching GCSE Maths & English to individuals who are re-sitting GCSE alongside their studies within the college. These candidates are very likely to have previously failed GCSE Maths or English, so you’ll need a patient attitude and the ability to engage students who don’t necessarily have a natural aptitude for maths.
Who are we looking for?
Candidates confident in delivering Level 1 English and Maths.
Individuals with experience in primary education settings considered.
Cover Supervisors and Personal Tutors prioritised.
