Prospero Teaching is looking for motivated Functional Skills Tutors to provide engaging 1:1 tuition to learners across Tameside.
As a Functional Skills Tutor, youll deliver English and Maths tuition that helps learners build confidence, develop essential life skills and work towards recognised qualifications. Youll adapt every session to suit the learners ability and goals.
Position Details

* Hours: 5-15 hours per week

Experience, Training and Qualifications
Successful applicants will have:
* Experience delivering Functional Skills English and/or Maths
* Relevant teaching or tutoring experience
* Strong communication skills
* A flexible and supportive teaching style
To be eligible, you must:
* Hold the Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one
* Provide two professional references
