Our client is looking for an experienced and technically strong Paraplanner to join our growing team remotely. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an established Senior Partner and support a talented next-generation Adviser, playing a key role in delivering exceptional financial planning solutions to high-value clients.

What You’ll Be Doing?

As a trusted member of the wealth management team, you’ll provide technical expertise and analytical support across a broad range of client needs by:

* Conducting detailed research across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning.

* Producing high-quality suitability reports and wealth management recommendations.

* Assisting Advisers with technical queries and complex financial planning strategies.

* Preparing illustrations, product comparisons, and supporting documentation.

* Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring back-office systems are fully up to date.

* Supporting a seamless client journey by working closely with Advisers and administration teams

* As a Paraplanner, you will make an important contribution to the day to day running of the practice and your duties will include, but are not restricted to, the following;

* Ensuring the end-to-end business process is managed and tracked efficiently in line with practice and regulatory standards

* To liaise with the Partner & Client as appropriate to fill any information gaps

* To gather ceding scheme information from third parties

* Creation of Suitability Letters and Reports

* To complete Drawdown Reviews for all clients

* Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with business assurance/management

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Paraplanner who is passionate about delivering exceptional work and enjoys the technical side of wealth management.

You’ll ideally have:

* Proven experience as a Paraplanner within a Wealth Management environment.

* Experience working with St. James’s Place.

* Excellent suitability report writing skills.

* Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning.

* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

* A proactive approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomes.
