Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Fully remote Cosmetic Clinic Group Call Handler to join our team. This role involves managing incoming and outgoing calls for our cosmetic clinic group, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting clients through their enquiries and appointment bookings. The position offers the flexibility of working remotely, allowing you to deliver high-quality service from the comfort of your own home. Candidates with previous office experience and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. There will be a commission structure available as well!
You must have excellent English communication skills, and be tech savvy to be considered.
Hours Mon-Fri 9:30am - 6pm
Duties
* Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing client enquiries with courtesy and efficiency
* Making outbound calls to follow up on appointments, surveys, or promotional offers
* Managing appointment scheduling and rescheduling requests accurately within the clinic’s booking system
* Providing information about treatments, procedures, and clinic policies to prospective and existing clients
* Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and updating customer databases as required
* Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication across all departments
* Handling administrative tasks such as logging call details and preparing reports as needed
* Upholding confidentiality and data protection standards in line with company policies
