Gi Group are recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives for our client’s warehouse and distribution centre based in Bardon, Coalville (Leicestershire - LE67 1FA). Our client is a global company behind some of the world’s leading lifestyle brands and is one of the largest clothing providers in the world, this includes some of the most well-known brand names across the world!
Your shift pattern will be Monday to Friday 6 am-2.30 pm and 2.30 pm - 11 pm on a rotational weekly basis.
You will be responsible, as part of a team for:
Ensure the uninterrupted flow of goods in and out of the warehouse
Goods in and goods out
To make sure that you are working to a safe and responsible standard
Processing orders
Picking and packing
Processing returns
General housekeeping/cleaning of the warehouse
Any other duties as requested by your supervisor;
As a successful candidate, you must be:
You must be reliable and hard-working
You must be able to work alone or work as part of a team
Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment is preferred but not essential
Good numeracy skills and attention to detail;
Good time keeping.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will receive:
The rate of pay is £11.44 an hour
Overtime is paid at a 1.5x rate
