About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) teacher, specialising in Spanish and/or French, to join our client school in Redhill, Surrey. This is a full-time, temporary position starting on 2nd September, with the initial contract for one term and the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality MFL instruction to students from Key Stage 3 (KS3) to Key Stage 4 (KS4). This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a large, mixed secondary school renowned for its inclusive culture and dedication to academic achievement.
Role Expectations:
Plan and deliver engaging and effective Spanish and/or French lessons to students in KS3 and KS4
Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the MFL curriculum
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities
Adhere to the school's policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive learning environment
