Salary: £14.25 - £15.50 per hour
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with Additional Learning Needs?
Do you have experience working with children on a one-to-one basis with complex needs?
Are you patient, caring and happy to provide personal care, including feeding support, to help a child thrive in the classroom?

The school promotes a nurturing ethos and works closely with staff to ensure pupils with Additional Learning Needs receive the individual support they need to succeed.
The school is looking to appoint a Full Time Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis from September. The successful Full Time Teaching Assistant will provide dedicated one-to-one support for a child with complex Additional Learning Needs, assisting with classroom activities, encouraging engagement, supporting learning and providing feeding assistance where required to ensure the child can access education safely and confidently.
The successful Full Time Teaching Assistant will have:
Experience working one-to-one with children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
Experience supporting children with complex needs within an educational setting
Confidence providing feeding support and personal care where required
A caring, patient and nurturing approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A positive attitude with the ability to adapt to the individual needs of the child
