We’re recruiting for an experienced Fulfilment Manager to join a fast growing, values led consumer business at an exciting stage of its growth. This is a hands on leadership role where you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the fulfilment operation, leading and developing a team to deliver excellent productivity, quality and customer service.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading, motivating and developing the fulfilment team

Managing daily fulfilment, dispatch and order processes

Planning staffing levels and resources to meet operational demand

Setting and monitoring KPIs, productivity and quality

Identifying and implementing process improvements

Creating and maintaining SOPs and work instructions

Working closely with Operations, Supply Chain and Technology teams

Managing performance, absence, recruitment and employee development

Championing excellent Health & Safety standards

Supporting the continued growth and development of the site

About You

We’re looking for an experienced Fulfilment, Warehouse or Dispatch Manager who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

You’ll ideally have:

Previous experience managing a fulfilment or dispatch operation

Experience within B2C, FMCG or a similar fast-moving environment

Strong people-management and leadership skills

Confidence using cloud-based systems and technology

Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills

The ability to manage competing priorities and make decisions quickly

A genuine interest in continuous improvement and developing people
