The role

As the Learning Lead for a Transformation (12 months FTC) Programme for Financial Services you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational transformation through effective learning strategies. We're committed to delivering high levels of service to our customers and achieving good customer outcomes.

Main responsibilities will be to design, develop and implement learning initiatives using agile learning methodologies and data analysis with comprehensive reporting to evidence the successful adoption of this change across Financial Services. This role requires a blend of agile learning design expertise, change management knowledge, data analysis and reporting skills along with strong organisational and leadership skills to ensure learning objectives are aligned with the programme goals.

What will you do as an FS Transformation Learning Lead at N Brown?

Training Programme Development
* Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive training programme using agile learning methodologies to meet the requirement of a transformation in our operating model impacting systems, customer journeys & operational processes
* Identify and assess the learning needs across the Financial Services business in relation to the change in the operating model
* Utilise a variety of training methodologies include classroom training, online learning and on the job training to cater for diverse learning styles and preferences.

Implementation and Delivery
* Design and develop the learning curricula, materials and resources tailored to the needs of different stakeholder groups.
* Deliver engaging learning interventions such as workshops/training session and e learning modules. Facilitate learning experiences that promote active participation, knowledge retention and skill development.
* Monitor training delivery and participant feedback making adjustments as necessary to maximise effectiveness
* Provide learning experiences that develops the leadership, behavioural and technical skills of the business
* Work closely with the Change team and wider change programme to integrate learning into the wider change management plan

Compliance and Regulatory training
* Stay informed of regulatory changes impacting the Financial Services industry
* Maintain and report on training records in accordance with the Training and Competence framework

MI and Reporting
* Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through continuous assessment and feedback mechanisms
* Monitor and report on learning outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
