Join our client, a leading energy company committed to sustainable and innovative solutions. They are seeking the expertise of a Frontify Designer to work within their in-house creative agency who is passionate about design, writing, and digital solutions. You will join a team who will be responsible for the complete setup and configuration of Frontify, ensuring that their existing brand guidelines, assets, and design systems are accurately and effectively implemented.

It is initially a five-month contract with potential to be extended. The role is Hybrid, with one or two days a week being based in their London office. It is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week.

Accountabilities:

Lead the setup and configuration of our Frontify
Upload and organise all brand assets, including logos, typography, colour palettes, and imagery.
Create and implement brand guidelines within Frontify, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards.
Develop and integrate design systems, component libraries, and templates.
Collaborate with the brand, marketing, design, and other teams to gather and incorporate necessary information and feedback.
Train relevant team members on using Frontify, providing documentation and support as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Frontify setup and usage, with our Global Brand team and Frontify personnel.
Ensure all brand-related documentation is up-to-date and accessible through Frontify.
Maintain a high level of design quality and consistency across all assets and guidelines.
This role requires a meticulous eye for detail, a strong understanding of brand management, and proficiency in design tools.

Knowledge and Skills:

Proven experience as a Designer, preferably with experience in brand management and design systems.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
Strong understanding of branding principles and guidelines.
Experience with Frontify or similar brand management platforms.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
