Working closely with Product, UX, QA and Senior Developers, you'll help deliver new features, improve existing products and contribute to technical discussions from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Using modern AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and learning

* Contributing ideas to improve engineering practices and the overall product experience

You'll ideally have:

* Around 4+ years' commercial software development experience

* Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript

* Experience building and shipping React Native applications

* A passion for writing high-quality, maintainable code

* A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from others

* An interest in modern engineering practices and agentic workflows

Nice to Have:

* Exposure to .NET, PHP or Laravel

* Experience working within agile product teams

* Azure DevOps or CI/CD experience

* Experience building consumer-facing digital products

What's On Offer:

* Salary of £55,000–£65,000

* Hybrid working - 3 days per week in their Central Manchester office

* Private healthcare

* Company bonus

* Pension

* Genuine career progression with the opportunity to grow into a Senior Developer

* Modern technology stack and a collaborative engineering culture where learning is encouraged every day.

If you're looking for a role where you'll work with modern technologies, be surrounded by strong engineers and have genuine opportunities to develop your career, I'd love to tell you more.
