A quaint 4-star Hotel and spa in the outskirts of Shepton Mallet is seeking a Front of House Manager to join their team permanently with a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 on offer. This role comes with a great perks package and the opportunity to work with a remarkable Hotel in the UK.
What does the role entail?
Your role as the Front of House Manager will be to lead the hotel's Front of House creating a welcoming environment for all. You will work alongside the rest of the hotel teams, fostering up-and-coming talent. You will oversee the Front of House of the hotel, providing a positive work atmosphere and being the voice of customers for the site. You will also be working on group bookings and seasonal events and weddings. Finally, you will ensure the company acquires, retains, and trains new members to have an optimal happy workforce.
What skills will you have?
