Full-time/Flexible – Applicants MUST be available to work evenings and weekends.

Our client, Daytona Sandown Park, is currently looking for a professional, confident, and reliable Front of House Manager to join their busy Front of House team. Daytona is a dynamic and sometimes demanding environment that requires energetic, enthusiastic, and ambitious individuals with the ability to thrive under pressure.
Key Success Criteria for This Role Include:
* Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Reception and Front of House areas.
* Preparing and managing reception staff and ensuring correct staffing levels are maintained.
* Ensuring the FOH team delivers first-class service to customers.
* Providing training and induction to all new and existing reception staff while developing training to suit the needs of the business and HR.
* Setting targets and monitoring active selling within the Front of House team in line with company targets.
* Overseeing the presentation of facilities to an exceptionally high standard.
Candidate Profile:
* Customer-focused background (hospitality preferred) with proven ability to drive standards forward while ensuring the management and development of the team through training and coaching.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Positive, friendly, and professional manner and culture.
* Ability to develop and deliver customer service and sales training to Front of House staff.
* Ability to devise and implement procedures.
* Ability to manage and monitor sales targets for the FOH team.
* Capability to recruit, train, manage, and monitor the Front of House team while ensuring ongoing succession planning.
* Flexibility to work hours for a 7-day operational business.
* Sound knowledge of Word and Excel.
* Strong and charismatic individual.
