Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for?A Front of House Receptionist ?to join our passionate and driven team based at our client’s site in Leeds.
You will undertake duties including greeting of visitors and staff, general reception and security tasks and much more
Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point contact for all visitors and tenants.
Meet and greet all visitors and tenants.
Drive positive customer experience.
Reporting and handing over concerns.
Greet, assist, and direct candidates/new hires/visitors and the general public to the appropriate staff member
Issue of ID and access badges for new hires/vendors/visitors and maintaining a record.
Liaise with site managing agent and site security.
You will have a high standard of professionalism and be extremely security conscious.
Ensure the safety and security of the premises during the assigned shifts.
To promote and uphold the principles of security in accordance with the policies and directive.
General Receptionist Duties.
To adhere to the company’s dress code and wear correct uniform.
To fulfil health and safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the company’s health and safety policy and health and safety management plans.
About You:
Be friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist.
Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, inbox, email, and diary management, and have experience dealing with general email enquiries.
A good understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbally.
Be proactive, adaptable and use own initiative.
An enthusiastic individual who is looking for an exciting new challenge and learns new skills quickly.
SIA license preferable or candidate must be willing to undergo licensing.
