As the first point of contact for customers and guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate department in a prompt and efficient manner.
Offer refreshments to customers and guests throughout their visit.
Manage incoming calls and connect callers to the right department promptly.
Maintain excellent communication with management and team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Anticipate customer needs and provide personalised and bespoke service.Requirements:
