Prospero Teaching is recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated MFL French Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in Harrow from September. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students and deliver engaging French lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. There may also be the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality teaching, raising student achievement, and creating a positive learning environment where all pupils can thrive. The Role
Teach French across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable but not essential).
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing effective feedback.
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment with high expectations.
Contribute to the wider success of the MFL department and school community.
The Ideal Candidate
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Has experience teaching French within UK secondary schools.
Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management.
Is passionate about modern foreign languages and committed to student success.
Holds an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
