Prospero Teaching is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated MFL French Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Hackney from September. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher to inspire students and deliver engaging French lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 depending on experience.
The successful candidate will be committed to raising attainment, creating an inclusive learning environment, and fostering a love of languages. The school has a supportive leadership team, excellent facilities, and a strong focus on staff development.
The Role
Teach French across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable but not essential).
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
Assess, monitor, and support student progress.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Contribute to the wider life of the MFL department and school community.The Ideal Candidate
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Has experience teaching French in UK secondary schools.
Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and classroom management.
Is passionate about languages and committed to achieving excellent outcomes for students.
