Job Description: I am looking for a passionate and dedicated French Teacher to inspire and educate students from Key Stage 3 & 4. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality French lessons, preparing students for GCSE examinations, and contributing to the overall success of the Modern Foreign Languages department.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging French lessons.
Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback.
Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with the curriculum.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of teaching strategies.
Support extracurricular activities and language clubs.
Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Degree in French or a related field.
Proven experience teaching French at secondary school level.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to continuous professional development.Salary: The position offers a competitive salary in the range of M1 - UPS 3, dependent on experience and qualifications.
