The company:
An exciting opportunity to work with a well-established service provider with European operations
Main duties:
Working on-site, you will be responsible for managing and controlling travel ensuring all operations are on time and completed safely.
The role:
- Working within the control centre to ensure travel movements are managed and coordinated accurately
- Be responsible for managing delays
- Using internal processes to avoid travel conflicts
- Ensure an accurate log book is kept on daily operations
- Liaise with internal management and carry out duties as needed
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure operations are run smoothly
- Be responsible for monitoring and controlling technical issues
The candidate:
- Fluent in French to an intermediate level or above is essential
- Experience working in transport and or a control centre environment beneficial
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build good relationships
- Ability to prioritise work load as well as being accurate and meticulous
- Enthusiastic, ambitious and able to work under pressure
- Able to work in rotational shift patterns
- Valid passport required
