Description:
Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for an HR advisor with French language skills to join their team in Chester on a full time, 9-month temporary basis (35 hours per week).
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a track record of professional HR practice to join an innovative and fast paced pharmaceutical company.
Key Responsibilities
Provide the highest level of HR support and guidance to the business which will include employee relations such as disputes, appraisals and disciplinaries
Answer any HR related queries that may arise via chat, email or telephone
Maintain employee HR and personal development files, updating and running reports as required including new staff onboarding and leavers paperwork
Support the creation and review of HR policies and processes
Develop strong relationships with all internal stakeholders, line managers and vendorsRequirements
Strong HR experience preferably within a global pharmaceutical company
Fluency in French
Great knowledge of HR policies and processes
Experience using processes within HR/payroll management systems
