French Speaking Customer Support Analyst, Cambridge to £33,000 + (Hybrid working)

A leading Technology Specialist firm in Cambridge are looking for a French speaking Customer Support Analyst. This is a full-time role providing professional and responsive support customers across Europe, helping them get the most from their systems.

You’ll handle customer queries across phone, email and live chat, investigate technical issues, process system changes and coordinate engineer appointments. You’ll use internal support tools to diagnose issues, manage cases and ensure customers receive timely and effective support.

You’ll also work closely with customers, installers and colleagues across the business, using your language skills and translation software to support communications across our European markets. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys problem solving, working at pace and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

• Fluent in French

• Deliver professional support for customers’ use of products and services.

• Handle incoming customer queries

• Log and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions

• Monitor and respond promptly to live chat messages

• Schedule service calls, ensuring details are accurately recorded.

• Use your language skills and translation software to read and respond to customer communications in French

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues across the business.

• Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on understanding and resolving customer needs.

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with an exceptional telephone manner.

• Logical thinking and a systematic approach to problems.

• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
