Freight Administrator - Immingham
£15.42 per hour
Location: Immingham Dock
4 on 4 off | 12-hour shifts | Days, nights & weekends
About the Role
Stafforce are currently recruiting for a Freight Administrator to work on Stena Line at Immingham Dock.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy port environment, supporting the smooth movement of freight and providing efficient administration for drivers and port users.
The role will involve working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, covering 12-hour day and night shifts, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Booking drivers in and out of the port
Carrying out general administration duties
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Using computer systems including Microsoft Office and Destin8
Communicating with drivers, customers and port users
Supporting the smooth movement of freight through the port
Ensuring all information is recorded accurately
Providing a professional and helpful service at all times
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and confident working in a busy environment.
Destin8 experience is desirable but not essential
Must be computer literate
Must hold a full UK driving licence
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible approach to working days, nights and weekends
Previous experience in freight, ports, logistics, transport or administration would be beneficial
