Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freight Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The Freight Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the freight and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow existing client relationships to achieve sales targets.

* Develop and execute account plans to expand business opportunities.

* Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients regarding shipments, rates, and services.

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.

* Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

* Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth.

* Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

* Monitor shipment schedules and resolve any issues or delays proactively.

* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

* Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customised solutions.

* Manage customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management.

* Strong knowledge of the freight industry, including carriers, rates, and regulations.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
