Description:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a joinery background to oversee an internals package on an existing project in Stirling.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, hands-on Site Manager with a proven track record of managing site operations, coordinating trades and delivering internal works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally with a strong joinery or internal fit-out background.
*
Valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS certifications.
*
Strong experience overseeing site teams, subcontractors and internal packages.
*
Excellent organisational, communication and programme management skills.
*
A strong focus on health and safety, quality control and meeting project deadlines.
*
Evidence of previous projects delivered, along with reliable references.
