Freelance Site Manager

Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a roofing project in Houston.

The successful candidate will have strong site management experience, ideally within roofing/construction, and must have proven experience working on listed or heritage buildings.

Key Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction/roofing sector

* Demonstrable experience working on listed or heritage buildings – evidence will be required

* SMSTS qualification – essential

* First Aid qualification – essential

* CSCS card – essential

* Strong understanding of site health & safety requirements

* Ability to manage subcontractors, trades and site activities effectively

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Ability to maintain high standards of workmanship and site compliance

The Role

* Freelance position

* Roofing project based in Houston

* Responsible for day-to-day site management and coordination

* Managing health & safety, programme and quality

* Liaising with contractors, subcontractors and project stakeholders

* Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to specification
