Programme: 10 weeks
The Project
I'm working with a Commercial Fitout contractor looking for a freelance Site Manager to run a 10 week project in Central London
You'll be taking a hands-on role across the refurbishment of 5 bathrooms across 5 floors, as well as a reception area on the ground floor.
Ideal Background
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment or fit-out projects
* Strong understanding of site safety, programme and subcontractor management
* Experience managing multiple work areas across a live project
