Freelance Site Manager – CAT B Commercial Fit Out | Central Brighton | £280 per Day.
This is an excellent opportunity to manage a £2.1m commercial fit-out from start to finish, working on a well-organised project with parking available on site.
The Role
* Managing the day-to-day running of a CAT B commercial fit-out project
* Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining programme deadlines
* Ensuring health & safety compliance on site
* Liaising with the project team and maintaining accurate site records
* Using IT systems for reporting, documentation and communication

* Location: Central Brighton
* Project Value: £2.1m
* Duration: 16 weeks
* Start Date: 24th September
* Finish Date: 15th January
* Rate: £280 per day
* Parking: Available on site
Requirements
* Proven experience delivering CAT B commercial fit-out projects
* Strong IT skills
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
