Site Manager
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee façade works on a student accommodation project in Durham.
This is a long-term opportunity with an established contractor, starting mid-August.
Requirements:
* Valid SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
* CSCS Card
* Proven experience managing façade or external envelope projects
* Strong health & safety knowledge and the ability to manage subcontractors and site operations effectively
