Description:
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a new build residential development in Central Cambridge.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing new build residential projects.
* Strong knowledge of NHBC Standards and quality inspections.
* SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White), and First Aid at Work certifications.
* Excellent health & safety, programme, and subcontractor management skills.
* Ability to maintain high standards of quality and deliver works on programme.
Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day site management and coordination of subcontractors.
* Ensure compliance with NHBC standards and health & safety regulations.
* Monitor quality, progress, and programme.
* Liaise with the project team, client, and inspectors.
* Maintain accurate site records and reporting.
