Freelance Site Manager Opportunities – South London Restoration & Refurbishment Projects - £250 A day (CIS)
I am currently working with a specialist restoration, conservation and refurbishment contractor who has secured two exciting projects in South London and is looking to engage experienced Site Managers for immediate starts.
The Project
1. heritage refurbishment project located in Bermondsey, with a programme duration of approximately 12 weeks.
Require Site Managers with a proven track record delivering refurbishment, heritage, conservation, listed building, structural repair or specialist restoration projects, with the ability to manage subcontractors, programme, health & safety and quality throughout the delivery phase.
The contractor specialises in the restoration, conservation and refurbishment of historic, listed and architecturally significant buildings across London and the South East. They have an excellent reputation within the sector and a strong pipeline of secured work
