Description:
Regional based main contractor are after a freelance Site Manager for a £40 Million new build PRS apartment scheme. Project is a portal steel frame structure that is adjoined onto an existing building including associated sewer systems, car parking and access roads. Reporting into a Project Director and Senior Site Manager you will primarily be responsible for overseeing all on site activities which initially will be the groundworks and structural steel frame packages, main core duties will be general site supervision, Health & Safety inc site inductions, RAMS, subcontractor/client progress meetings
Previous/current experience delivering PRS Apartments/Student Accommodation will be a distinct advantage especially managing subcontractor packages from groundworks upwards
Current CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement as without these no application will be considered
