As they continue to grow, they’re always looking to add in new long-term staff. They are currently seeking a talented Freelance Site Manager to join an existing project team in Northwest London.
Role Overview: As a Freelance Site Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of an existing construction site consisting of the strip out of a high spec residential project in Hampstead, Northwest London. From coordinating subcontractors to ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, you'll be responsible for driving project success and maintaining our high standards of quality and safety. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects, gain valuable experience, and showcase your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
Monitor project progress and budget, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any concerns.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., CSCS card, SMSTS certificate, First Aid etc).
