Description:

Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with experienced freelance project quantity surveyors.

Our client, a leading residential developer with work across the Capital are specialists within the RC Frame form of construction. They are regarded as one of the most successful businesses within property development in the South East.

The scheme is a multi phased residential development with another 4 years remaining, the current phase contains over 300 units of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments - build to an excellent standard.

The have a strong commercial team in place at present however their main project surveyor is relocating for family reasons. They now require a strong freelance QS to step in and take the reigns for the next 9+ months. You will be responsible for variations, subcontractor accounts and some minor procurement of internals.
