Are you a quantity surveyor looking for a Freelance/Contract role?
Are you educated to a degree level with experience working within the construction
industry?
This is a great opportunity for a quantity surveyor to join a growing company whose mission is to develop the bio-based, circular systems to capture and store atmospheric carbon in buildings and deliver climate-positive community living at scale.
Due to the current workload and pipeline, this is a newly created position within this business where you will support the current team.
Responsibilities as a Quantity Surveyor:
SOW & Bill of Quantities Preparation
Subcontract /Project Management
IT Skills, Documentation & Reporting
Groundwork, Piling & Basement Projects
MEP Works
Client Facing / Customer Relations
JCT Contracts
Contract / Change Order Estimation
Budget / Cost Control
HSE / Regulatory Compliance
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Communications & Interpersonal Skills
We would welcome conversations with Quantity Surveyors who:
Are educated to a degree level with RICS
Have within the MMC/construction industry
Possess a strong commercial awareness across JCT & NEC forms of contract
Can communicate across all levels both internally and externally
Have strong IT Skill - specifically MS Office
