Freelance Framework Manager - NHS Construction - P23, PS-CW & NHP
North London (Euston Area) | Hybrid Working Freelance
£400-£550/Day
An established UK construction and fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Framework Manager on a freelance basis to support and expand its presence across key NHS and public sector frameworks.
This is a highly relationship-driven position focused on maintaining and developing strategic client and framework relationships, identifying upcoming opportunities, and helping convert framework access into project wins.
The role is ideally suited to someone with an extensive network across the NHS and wider public sector construction sector, who enjoys engaging with stakeholders and building long-term partnerships. This is less about framework administration and technical compliance, and more about proactive client engagement and opportunity generation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage relationships across major NHS and public sector frameworks.
* Act as a key point of contact for framework providers, NHS Trusts and public sector clients.
* Identify, track and influence upcoming project opportunities.
* Promote the business across existing framework appointments.
* Attend client meetings, framework forums and industry events.
* Work closely with business development, pre-construction and operational teams.
* Support strategic growth plans within healthcare and public sector markets.
* Provide market intelligence on future framework and procurement opportunities.
Essential Experience
* Significant experience within the UK construction sector.
* Strong understanding of NHS estates, healthcare construction and public sector procurement.
* Demonstrable experience with:
* ProCure23 (P23)
* Public Sector Construction Works (PS-CW)
* New Hospital Programme (NHP) / Hospital 2.0 Alliance (H2A) Framework
* Proven track record of developing opportunities through framework relationships.
* Strong network across NHS, healthcare and public sector stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
