Description:
Freelance Facade Manager required for £20 Million new build PRS apartment scheme in Birmingham city centre. Reporting to the visiting Contracts Manager and the site based Project Manager you will be primarily responsible for all the external package involving all the curtain walling, SFS, rain screen and brick slip cladding. Main core of duties/responsibilities will be to manage and coo-ordinate the project installation team, plan forthcoming labour and material requirements, preparation and delivery of RAMS, Health & Safety as well as attending the project/client liaison site progress meetings.
Current CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement
