Freelance Content Project Manager
Nottingham | Hybrid
Rate negotiable depending on experience
We're looking for an experienced Content Project Manager / Agency Account Manager to support a specialist digital screens and content team, delivering campaigns and digital content for major UK clients.
This is a hands-on, client-facing freelance role managing projects from initial brief through creative production, scheduling and final delivery. You'll coordinate clients, creative teams, studio and production, keeping multiple projects on track and ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple digital content projects and campaigns from brief to delivery
Own project timelines, budgets, schedules and resources
Brief and coordinate creative, studio and production teams
Manage content schedules and liaise with internal scheduling teams
Build strong day-to-day client relationships and provide regular project updates
Attend client briefing and review meetings
Track projects and activity across CRM and CMS systems
Identify potential issues and resolve problems before they impact delivery
Balance deadlines, budgets and quality across competing projects
Support project scoping, estimating and commercial management
Help improve production processes and workflowsAbout You
You'll ideally have experience within a creative, digital, marketing or production agency and be comfortable managing several projects and stakeholders at once.
This role would also suit someone who has worked agency-side managing retail, consumer or brand clients, coordinating campaigns, creative delivery and multiple internal teams. Experience working with fast-paced retail brands, where deadlines, attention to detail and client service are critical, would be highly relevant.
You'll need excellent organisation and communication skills, strong attention to detail and the confidence to work with clients, creatives and production teams in a busy environment.
Experience in content production, campaign management, project management, creative production, CRM/CMS systems and Microsoft Office 365 is highly desirable.
