Freelance Contracts Manager - Office fit out -Warrington (Nationwide Sites)
Salary - £300 - £330/shift plus travel expenses
Start Date - ASAP
Duration - Initial 3 month contract with a strong opportunity for ongoing work
About the role/company
My client is a well-established commercial fit out contractor that specialise in CAT A and B office fit out. They have built a solid reputation with multiple blue chip clients and produce high quality projects all over the UK. They have fantastic offices and great team culture who celebrate the wins together.
This is an office-based role with multiple site visits.
* Contracts Manager – Freelance
* Control multiple sites simultaneously.
* Office Location – Warrington

* CAT A and B office fit out (must have fit out exp)
* Office based with site visits
Experience/Duties
* Must have minimum 2 years experience at Contracts Manager level
* Experience in running multiple projects simultaneously
* CAT A and B office fit out is highly desirable
* Can oversee and direct Sub-Contractors, trades and site management teams
* Confident in dealing with clients
* Can edit and create programs.
* Computer literate
* Can conduct Site/Client/Contractor/Progress Meetings
