Role Focus

As a Partner, you’ll work alongside market leaders, providing end-to-end legal services tailored to franchisors and franchisees alike.

For Franchisors:

* Developing long-term growth and expansion strategies

* Drafting and negotiating Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and franchise agreements

* Managing IP portfolios and tackling trademark misuse

* Ensuring regulatory compliance and handling commercial litigation

* Resolving franchise disputes through mediation and litigation

For Franchisees:

* Reviewing and negotiating franchise agreements to protect franchisee interests

* Supporting lease negotiations and real estate matters

* Advising on regulatory compliance, operational obligations, and exit strategies

* Representing clients in complex dispute resolution and litigation

What We’re Looking For

* A franchising solicitor or partner (8+ PQE) with proven client following

* Strong track record representing franchisors, franchisees—or ideally both

* Commercially astute with an entrepreneurial mindset

* Desire to lead and grow a national practice

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
